During the second media viewing session on Wednesday afternoon, offensive lineman Alphonse Taylor was observed at practice, but he was not seen with the first string during the second media viewing session. Fellow offensive lineman Lester Cotton took first team snaps at the right guard position instead.
Taylor missed the last game, after suffering a concussion in Alabama’s win over Arkansas on Oct. 8. While Taylor stood off to the side with other offensive linemen, the first team worked with both running backs, including Damien Harris and Josh Jacobs, and tight ends such as O.J. Howard.
Additional Practice Notes:
Alabama’s defense worked on preparing against the following Texas A&M players (stats on this season follow):

- WR Christian Kirk- 40 receptions for 352 yards and four touchdowns
- WR Ricky Seals-Jones- 10 receptions for 175 yards
- WR Frank Iheanacho- six receptions for 48 yards
