The Alabama men’s basketball team lost a road game to South Carolina on Saturday 78-64.
Retin Obasohan scored 14 consecutive points in the second half for the Crimson Tide, and led the team with a game-high 23 points. It was the ninth time he has scored at least 20 points this season.
South Carolina finished the first half on 16-6 run to go into the break up 35-26. The Gamecocks picked up 19 points from the the free throw line in the second half to maintain control of the game.
Alabama (11-9, 2-6 SEC) will stay on the road and face Mississippi State on Tuesday, Feb. 20.
