The Alabama women’s tennis team toppled Texas Tech 4-1 on Sunday to take the Blue Gray championship. The Crimson Tide became the first women’s program to win back-to-back Blue Gray Classic titles. Junior Maya Jansen was named the 2015 Blue Gray Classic MVP after taking her doubles match and clinching the championship with a 6-1, 6-2 win in singles play. Jansen went 3-0 in doubles play in the tournament and won two singles matches.
