Alabama infielder Cobie Vance was named to the First Team All-SEC on Thursday. It is the first time since 2015 that a member of the Crimson Tide was named to the list.
Vance has played every game since joining the Crimson Tide. He played second base in all 112 games. In those 112 games he has hit .275 with three homers, a triple and 18 doubles. He finished second on the team in hits and batting average last year.
He led the SEC in double plays turned last year [40] and finished ninth in assists [144].
