Former Alabama standout linebacker Reuben Foster was arrested in Tuscaloosa on Friday night, according to a report by the Anniston Star.
Foster was booked on a second-degree possession of marijuana. His bail is set at $2,500 and he still remains in jail.
Foster was a first-round selection by the San Francisco 49ers after winning the Butkus Award for the nation’s top linebacker his senior year at Alabama. During his rookie year, Foster missed some time to injury, but still recorded 72 tackles overall.
In his final two seasons at Alabama, Foster recorded 188 tackles.
