There will be a meet-and-greet session with McGowan at 6:30 p.m.

Why: McGowan has had over ten different careers throughout his life.
“He’s done just about everything with technology [and is a] really entertaining, and a dynamic speaker,” said Meagan Bennett, marketing and communications manager in the Office of Information Technology. “While informing students, he gives general advice while hitting all the general topics of all the industries.”
McGowan will be speaking on his expansive career, how technology has changed over the years, where he thinks technology is headed and advice to help students prepare for the work force.
