The north end of the Druid City Hospital campus is on lockdown after a police pursuit led to the emergency entrance and a man put a gun to his head, according to Brad Fisher, corporate director of marketing and communication for DCH.
No shots have been fired, and the man is contained in one area of the DCH campus, Fisher said.
The entrance closest to the railroad track is currently open, and police are posted around the hospital. DCH is still accepting ambulances at the open entrance.
