Alabama will face five in-state opponents in 2017, with Troy (Sept. 16) being the lone home match. Alabama will travel to South Alabama (Sept. 1), Samford (Sept. 12), Alabama State (Oct. 12) and Auburn (Nov. 1) for its four in-state road games.
Alabama and Auburn are only scheduled to face off once against each other in the regular season.
The Crimson Tide will host Georgia to start its SEC play. The Crimson Tide went 9-9 in SEC play last season.
Alabama will have a streak of four consecutive matches on the road beginning from Oct. 6 against Kentucky.
The Crimson Tide won six of its final seven matches in 2016 and has a favorable chance to repeat a strong close, with five of the final seven matches of the regular season at home. That includes a three-game stretch beginning against Georgia Sunday, Nov. 5.
