What: Around the World in 60 Minutes – Peace Corps Information Session. This session will teach students more about the volunteer experience that is often referred to as the “toughest job you’ll ever love.”
Who: Erica Wherry, regional Peace Corps recruiter, Atlanta and Returned Peace Corps Volunteers (RPCVs) will speak to students at this event put on by the Capstone International Center.
When: Tuesday, April 12. 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.
Where: The Forum, Ferguson Student Center.
Why: “For men and women who serve in the Peace Corps, one of the lifelong rewards of volunteering is knowing that the skills that help them succeed as a volunteer will also help them succeed in their career,” said the Peace Corps website.
