Trending hashtag draws attention to Alabama baseball's student section

Recently, a new hashtag has surfaced on Twitter. #MakeRightfieldGreatAgain is becoming popular on the social media outlet in response to the lack of attendance at the Sewell-Thomas Stadium right-field student section.

Before the Ole Miss series, The University of Alabama updated the alcohol policy in right field. The new rules permit that only personal beverages are allowed, banning large coolers. No liquor or wine is permitted and visibly intoxicated students will be removed from the stadium.

Then, the attendance plummeted during the Ole Miss series. While the rest of the stadium sold out for every game, right field was a shell of what it was before the new rules were established.

Now fans, former players and current players are responding on Twitter with the new hashtag.
