Tuscaloosa police told the Tuscaloosa News Thursday that two young women chased an intruder from their apartments at Crimson Place Condominiums early Thursday morning.
The intruder, 20-year-old Yuni Romero Gonzalez, was arrested and taken to Tuscaloosa County Jail.
Gonzalez entered the apartment of a 19-year-old woman around 2:45 a.m. The resident saw him as she got out of the shower and began screaming and punching him, police said.
He then entered another unlocked apartment, where police said he assaulted a 20-year-old woman before she punched him and fled to a friend’s apartment to call police.
