Due to potential for inclement weather, Get on Board Day (GOBD) has been postponed until Tuesday, Sep. 5, according to an email sent to student organizations and academic departments.
GOBD, which is a chance for students to find out about and get involved with different campus clubs and organizations, will still be from 5-9 p.m. outside the Ferguson Student Center and along the Crimson Promenade.
“This event will contain all the same excitement as planned on this new date,” the email said. “We apologize for the reschedule, however our first priority is the safety of our UA community.”
The email reminded participants that GOBD does not provide refunds.
Anyone with questions is encouraged to contact Ashley Cofield, coordinator for the Office of Student Involvement.
