Country musician Dwight Yoakam will perform at Druid City Music Hall tonight at 8:30 p.m.
Yoakam, best known for songs like “Fast As You” and “Streets of Bakersfield” made his debut in 1986 with his EP “Guitars, Cadillacs, Etc., Etc.” The music video for one of his songs off that album, “Honkey Tonk Man,” was the first country music video ever played on MTV. Since then he’s recorded over 21 albums. His latest album “Swimmin’ Pools, Movie Stars…” was released in September of last year.
His show tonight will be an all-ages show and doors will open at 7:30 p.m. General admission tickets are $65 and premium pit tickets are $75. A premium pit ticket includes early access to the venue and front and center pit access. All tickets for the show are standing room only and are available at druidcitymusichall.com.
