UA graduate Michael Luwoye has been cast as an alternate for Alexander Hamilton in the Broadway play, Hamilton.
The play is a musical which covers the life of former U.S. Secretary of the Treasury, Alexander Hamilton
Luwoye will take the stage once a week as Hamilton as the alternate to current cast member Javier Muñoz. Luwoye and Muñoz will begin their performances on July 11th, after creator Lin-Manuel Miranda steps down from the role.
