University of Alabama System Chancellor Robert Witt will work as a part-time faculty member in the Honors College beginning in 2017, said Alicia Browne, director of college relations for the Honors College.
“We are very pleased to Welcome Dr. Witt,” Browne said.
Witt will retire in August 2016 and take a year-long sabbatical. Browne said it’s too early to list the specific classes Witt will teach.
