The Tuscaloosa area will be under an elevated risk of severe weather Thursday, March 24 from 1 to 7 p.m.
Tuscaloosa could be at risk for tornadoes, damaging winds up to 70 mph and golf-ball-size hail.

Increasing clouds especially west overnight. Rain chances enter the picture well after midnight for the western half of central Alabama. Lows in the lower 50s east to the lower 60s west.
