WATCH: Protestors rally at City Hall against animal abuse

Protestors met at Tuscaloosa city hall on Monday morning to protest the Tuscaloosa police department’s handling of an alleged case of animal abuse by a UA student, and to encourage stricter laws and enforcement in the future. Video by Patrick Maddox
