New book Frustrated Witness examines the mind of a serial killer

For over thirty years author Willis Morgan worked on his book in order to reveal to the public the truth behind the murder of Adams Walsh. Inside the book “Frustrated Witness: The True Story of the ADAM WALSH Case and Police Misconduct,” published in 2015, Willis gives the readers a detailed account on how the Hollywood Florida police unprofessionally dealt with the murder of the individual. Willis attempts to prove the innocence of convicted murderer Ottis Toole, suggesting instead it was serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer who killed Walsh.

On July 27, 1981, the date of the Adam Walsh murder (son of Josh Walsh, host of the television program “America’s Most Wanted”), the author happened to cross the path of Dahmer within a local Hollywood RadioShack, in which Morgan took notice of Dahmer’s strange behavior.

“That evening I had the television on, and then all of a sudden I heard on the local news that a child was missing,” Morgan said, “and the hair stood up on my neck. ‘That guy he did it,’ I yelled. That is how freaky the encounter was.”

At the time of the murder, Morgan was working at the Miami Herald. After frustratingly being rejected and unheard as a valuable source of information for the case by the Hollywood Police, Morgan launched his own investigation that would continue over the next several decades.

Over the next few decades, Morgan would conduct thousands of hours of interviews with witnesses and individuals whom were connected to the event. He also gathered police reports, suspect composites as well as exploring the horrific biography of his assumed murderer, Jeffrey Dahmer. Within his book, Morgan includes this abundance of information in order to vividly portray the totality of the case.

Morgan’s book can be purchased on ‘http://www.amazon.com’ for $26. Readers who would be interested in learning free information regarding the case, in terms of bonus composites and witness statements can find these on Morgan’s Facebook page “Frustrated Witness” and his website http://justiceforadam.com/.
