UAPD and Tuscaloosa Police operate a joint precinct on the Strip.
The University of Alabama Police Department responded to a UA student’s report of a possible motor vehicle theft Sunday evening around 1 a.m.
The vehicle is a black 2012 Hyundai sedan, limited trim. It was left running unattended in the parking lot at Bryant Hall when it was accessed and was last seen at Bryant Drive and 12th Avenue.
A witness described the suspect as a dark skinned tall male with short black hair and no facial hair and as wearing tan cargo pants and a graphic hoodie.
