The Crimson White recently won several national awards from the 2012 Gold Circle Collegiate Awards for Digital Media. The competition, which is sponsored by Columbia University, was created to acknowledge excellent work by student journalists, according to the Columbia Scholastic Press Association website. The Crimson White received the following awards:
