Dorm hacks: fueling the mind with few appliances

Some students adjust to smaller kitchens provided by the University of Alabama residence halls to maintain their healthy diets. Freshmen share their favorite go-to meals and snacks that can be made with what few appliances they have in their dorm.
Alp Yeager, owner of Ruan Thai and a native of Bangkok, Thailand, is one of the many chefs and owners hailing from across the world who have made their homes and livelihoods here in town.

Pet Sematary provides a fresh take on the source material with mixed results
