What: Family Skate Night

Who: UA faculty, staff, friends and family members can attend

When: Dec. 6, 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Where: Super Skate

Why:

Family Skate Night is an open event for UA’s faculty, staff, family members and friends to enjoy a night at the rink. The event is sponsored by Druid City Dames, UA Professional Staff Assembly and UA Health Promotion and Wellness.

Entry to the rink is free, and skate rentals are $5. Attendees can donate patterned socks for Brewer-Porch Children’s Center.

“It’s just really a fun and different family activity, also with your coworkers and UA community,” said Carolyn MacVicar, program coordinator at the Office of Health Promotion and Wellness. “We are going to have a lot of games for the participants, and there will be a photo booth there for photos. We’re also collecting crazy socks for the Christmas Sock Drive for the Brewer-Porch Children’s Center.”
