The holidays are here again, and with them comes the Red Mountain Theatre Company’s 2017 Holiday Spectacular.
From Dec. 1-17, the Red Mountain Theater Company will be running its annual production of the Holiday Spectacular at the RMTC Cabaret Theatre in Birmingham. Students from the RMTC Conservatory will be performing live during the event, playing holiday musical and theatre favorites.
The Red Mountain Theater Company is a non-profit theatre that awards over $47,000 in scholarship and financial aid to students each year. Their RMTC Conservatory educates young performing artists in the art of musical theater. Each year they host two productions: the Holiday Spectacular and the RMTC Conservatory showcase.
Keith Cromwell is the current Executive Director of the Red Mountain Theatre Company. He has a musical career that expands over 25 years of directing and performing, winning multiple awards and earning prestigious spots in the Society of Stage Directors and Choreographers, the Actors’ Equity Association, Screen Actors Guild and American Guild of Variety Artists.
Showtimes for the production start at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday through Saturday, and at 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Tickets start at $19 and can be purchased at the Red Mountain Theater website.
