After the Elections Board found him guilty of three ethics violations, SGA presidential candidate Jared Hunter on Wednesday appealed the Tuesday ruling that has suspended his campaign activity.
In an emailed statement to the Elections Board, SGA Judicial Board and various administrators, Hunter has called for both an appeal and an immediate suspension of the Elections Board on the basis of “mistreatment and bias.”
“At every turn of this SGA campaign, I feel I and my campaign have been met with unfair rulings and treatment,” Hunter said in the email. “Multiple issues regarding the circumstances of this election have been treated in an extremely unfair and bias [sic] manner.”
