“I was inspired by my history teacher in high school, and I thought I should be doing [secondary education]. He was crazy, and he had different ways of teaching and had different stories to tell other than the basic streamline of text book, and made it way more interesting. I enjoyed that.
I’ve been [longboarding] for about three years now. It’s just a convenient way to get around campus, and a fun hobby to have. For fun, we do it. Almost everyday we do this.
I didn’t see many other options, and I thought UA was a really good fit for me, so I chose UA. It’s been fun. I’ve enjoyed it. To get my degree within four years and graduate, that’s what I want to do. And enjoy myself while I’m here, to be a better person.”
