Hazing charges against Colter Anderson were dismissed Tuesday, according to Tuscaloosa District Court documents.
Anderson and four other members of the Phi Gamma Delta chapter at The University of Alabama were arrested in October on misdemeanor hazing charges.
The other four arrested (John Patrick Buckley, Hunter Lee Wagner, Richard E. Markwalter and Mark Allen Powers) were granted youthful offender status, sealing their records, according to a WSFA report.
