Anyone interested in volunteering at The University of Alabama’s Moundville Archeological Park can attend a free training session on Feb. 21 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m at the Nelson B. Jones Conference Center on site. Trainees will learn archeology principles and be given an overview of Moundville history. Interviews will be given during training to determine individual job interests from tour guide to web specialist. Volunteers are requested to put in at least 16 hours of work per month.
