Plan to go: SGA kicks off Academic Integrity Week

The Academic Affairs cabinet of the Student Government Association (SGA) has partnered with numerous on-campus University departments to highlight the importance of academic integrity among the student body, with events set all week from Nov. 4 through Nov. 8.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Monday, Nov. 4: Integrity Day
- Academic Honesty Pledge Signing (9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Ferguson Center)
- Honors College Assistant Dean Jacqueline Morgan will speak on the importance of academic integrity (5:30 p.m. in the Ferguson Center Great Hall)
Tuesday, Nov. 5: Academic Resource Day
- Academic Resource Fair (10 a.m. to noon on the Ferguson Center Promenade)
Wednesday, Nov. 6: Mental Health Day
- Counseling Center Tabling (All day in the Ferguson Center)
- “How to Deal with Academic Stress,” presented by Tide Against Suicide (6 p.m. in the Ferguson Center Great Hall)
Thursday, Nov. 7: Career Development Day
- Free professional headshots (2-4 p.m. at the UA Career Center)
- “The Dos and Don’ts of Making a LinkedIn,” presented by the UA Career Center (4 p.m. at the UA Career Center)
Friday, Nov. 8: Research Day
Faculty Research Showcase (noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Ferguson Center Ballroom)
