Alabama football lands three commitments for 2020 recruiting class

June has been a very busy month for the Alabama Crimson Tide, as it has landed three verbal commitments in the past week.

First was 3-star offensive tackle Damieon George from Houston, Texas. The 6-foot-6 prospect chose Alabama over in-state rival Auburn, Florida, Florida State and Colorado State.

Four days later, Theodore, Alabama native Demouy Kennedy chose the Crimson Tide over Florida State, Florida Atlantic, Bowling Green and once again Auburn.

Kennedy is the No. 3 ranked inside linebacker in the 2020 class and is the No. 2 rated player in the state of Alabama according to 247Sports.

To round out the week, highly touted Quandarrius Robinson from Birmingham, Alabama committed after being heavily recruited by Auburn, Kentucky, Tennessee and others.

“Ya’ll know it’s been a long road with me and my family,” the 4-star recruit announced to his teammates by phone. “You know I’m just ready to commit now. I feel like I’m 100 percent sure – Roll Tide.”

Robinson is the No. 5 ranked outside linebacker and the No. 1 player in the state according to 247Sports.
