The Alabama women’s wheelchair basketball team won its fourth national championship in seven years Saturday after it defeated The University of Illinois 58-52. The victory marked the team’s fourth national title since 2007 and its first since 2011. Cindy Ouellet led the team in the title game with 22 points and 16 assists, and Karolina Lingyte notched 18 points, 16 rebounds and a team-high 9 assists.
