The University of Alabama will be hosting its annual spring study abroad fair Feb. 11 for those interested in exploring other countries and cultures during their time at the University.

WHO: The University of Alabama’s Education Abroad office will be hosting the event. All current UA students are welcome to attend.

WHAT: Spring 2019 Study Abroad Fair, which is where UA faculty, departments and affiliate programs will be providing information to students interested in studying abroad.

WHEN: Monday, Feb. 11, from 5-8 p.m.

WHERE: Witt Activity Center

WHY:

Students can come enjoy desserts, games and prizes while taking advantage of this opportunity. Third party providers such as Semester at Sea, International Studies Abroad (ISA) and CEA will be in attendance to promote their programs and to answer any questions from students.

“It’s a one-stop shop for students interested in studying abroad,” said Chad Berry, associate director of education abroad for the University. “They can get a lot of their initial questions answered, have face-to-face conversations with people who are offering trips and talk to our staff about the process and start applying.”
