Preview: Haunting at the Museum

What: The Alabama Museum of Natural History and the Gorgas House Museum are hosting “Haunting at the Museum” to celebrate the Halloween season. The event will include ghost stories inside the museum, guided candlelight ghost walks around the Quad and Halloween crafts.

Who: Open to the public

When: Thursday, Oct. 25, 5:30-8 p.m.

Where: Gorgas House Museum and Smith Hall

Why:

“It is a great event that brings science and history of campus and the Tuscaloosa area together in a nice, fun Halloween themed package,” said Alley Sorlie, education outreach coordinator at the Alabama Museum of Natural History. “It includes activities and games and gives people a chance to kind of get to know Tuscaloosa and the surrounding area a little bit better.”
